After a string of frustrating delivery experiences, I quietly gave Glaze Donuts three more chances--using my account, one of my employee's, and even my CEO's. I also called Uber Eats support to ask if there was a way to add detailed notes to my orders, and they pointed me to the (very hidden) option. On the first new attempt, I didn't leave any notes--and the order came through correctly, except for a strange omission: the Bavarian cream chocolate donut arrived without chocolate on top. Still delicious, just... weird. But after that? I left a clear, polite note highlighting the issues I'd had before. And to my absolute delight, Glaze crushed it. Three flawless orders in a row--including this morning. Every detail was perfect. It's clear they took the feedback seriously, and made real improvements. That kind of accountability and growth? Incredibly rare. I've always said they had some of the best donuts in Las Vegas, but now I can say without hesitation: they have the best kolaches in Las Vegas. As a former Houstonian, that's not a title I give lightly. Thanks to the team at Glaze for listening, responding, and proving that great small businesses can get it right. “ Wish I'd gotten pictures, cuz the donuts were pretty.. and tasty! I got 13 donuts and a few were upgrades. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is because it cost over $40 dollars for 13 donuts. I get similar mixes for half that price. I really enjoyed the apple fritter. Crunchy on the outside. Fluffy on the inside and lots of apple and cinnamon. All in all great, just a bit of a shocking price tag. ”

“ I have passed this donut shop many times and each time, I made a mental note to stop and of course, I forget my mental note. So this week, while driving by there, I decided to go check it out and it did not disappoint! The place is in a plaza and there are plenty of parking space around there. Inside is cozy, has a small coffee table and a loveseat and another chair. Has the warm vibes where you can sit and enjoy a donut or two (or more! lol). Customer service was very friendly. The gentleman who took my order explained how pricing works. The basic level has your glazed, dipped, cake donuts. The next tier is a little more and those are your long john's, sprinkles etc. The highest tier on top are the fancy ones. Those are a little more than the mid tier donuts. I liked how they differentiate the diff tiers and pricing. I have to really watch my sugar intakes (diabetic), so I just selected the basic tiers and only half a dozen: glazed, chocolate cake and velvet cake. Very boring, I know but I can't handle anything too fancy and I don't really care for all the extras on the donuts, really. The glazed were not too fluffy/airy like Krispy Creme nor were they heavy like Dunkin' Donuts, so they were perfect for me. So were cake donuts, they were just the right density. Not sugary like KC or DD, just on point for me. The gentleman threw in some donut holes as extras, so that was a nice bonus. I would definitely come back here again! Yummy donuts, hitting the sweet tooth perfectly. ”

“ As always. The doughnuts were fresh baked and ready to go. $35.00 for a dozen doughnuts tho is a bit pricey I must admit. If they could just bring that price down a little, everything else looks wonderful otherwise! Keep it up guys. ”

“ Stopped in for an experience. It's late in the afternoon they close in about an hour and 15 minutes, but they still had quite a few fresh donuts available. I had seen the establishment because I get pizza in the shopping center but on the other times they were closed so anyway the place is clean. It's small. It's comfortable But big enough for you and several people to stop in for an afternoon treat or for breakfast to go, the dislplay case has a variety of donuts, but the donuts are uniquely theirs, because if you look close at the display ,the shape of some of the traditional donuts is different specifically, the cinnamon roll and the glaze twist. The gentleman behind the counter, inquired if I had ever experienced their donuts and I had not so he's so kindly included three donut holes... Kudos to him. So I picked up a red velvet cake, doughnut for myself and I usually only get the chocolate or the pumpkin spice but it was tasty. The glaze donut hole has a spin to it. I can't put my finger on what it is but it was OK. Nothing really separated it from another donut shop enough to make me stop back in. ”

“ Location is prime it's located right off Fort Apache and I feel like they fit in with the location , the inside is nice and clean , when you first go in you notice how many options there are , not busy at all and very quick service. The doughnuts are moist and savory and consistent it's a nice spot to go to for locals in the area who don't want to deal with the hype of pink doughnuts I would recommend to def go ”

“ These donuts are just ok. Another social media hype. Yet, they've been sold out several times I've tried to come by, so they must be doing something right. The service wasn't anything outstanding when I finally did get a chance to try them. Selection is good if you get there early enough. Keep up the good work and I'll try you guys out again someday. ”

“ I came in to try the kolaches. Living in Texas turned me into a lover of them and I saw a tiktok of this place making some really good looking donuts and kolaches. I was not disappointed. I didn't get the cashiers name but he was so friendly and informative and just overall a happy guy. The location is bigger inside than I thought it'd be but still gave that cozy vibe. I will definitely come back here because the kolaches are amazing. That jalapeño cheddar is going to do it every time. Plus they are up the road from me which is dangerous lol. ”

“ Oh my yumness! This place is great all around! Super friendly worker, lots of unique donut creations, and great prices for the taste. The worker was able to answer our questions and guide us on choosing the best donuts for what we were looking for. I ended up trying a Matcha Pistachio donut (I love tea and had never seen one of these) and was pleasantly delighted by this. We did buy a few others to try as well, and all of the donuts were so soft with unique flavors. Can't wait to come back and try more :) ”
